Located in Capitol Hill, Trace North is a six-story, 100 unit condo complex. Built in 2007, the condos are the new part of the two-building project. Trace Lofts is the second building in the project, a converted factory with 42 residential units. Both buildings have studios, open one bed and one and two bed units. Each unit includes one parking space. The average unit size at Trace North is 690 square feet.
