Wicklund Real Estate LLC (“Wicklund”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of https://www.wicklundre.com to do the same.

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. 512. If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or control, send our designated agent a written notice containing the information below.

Much of the property photography and listing content on this website is supplied by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and its member brokers rather than created by us. We will act on a valid notice regardless of the source.

3. How to File a Notice of Infringement

To be effective under the DMCA, your written notice must include substantially all of the following:

Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
The work: Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice.
The material: Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — a direct URL on this website is best.
Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

4. What We Do With a Notice

When we receive a notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material and will take reasonable steps to notify whoever supplied it.

Where the material came to us through a multiple listing service or another data provider, we will also forward the notice to that provider, because the same material is typically syndicated to many websites.

5. Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our designated agent a written counter-notice containing substantially all of the following:

Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
The material: Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
Good faith statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Consent to jurisdiction: Your name, address, and telephone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the notice.

6. Repeat Infringers and Misrepresentation

We reserve the right to remove material, suspend features, and terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

Be aware that under 17 U.S.C. 512(f) a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
