244-Unit High Rise Planned Across from New Amazon Offices

Beverly Hills-based private real estate company Wiltshire Capital has filed a master use application with the city of Seattle for a 244-unit, 26-story residential project in Seattle's "Construction Central". The South Lake Union area, between Lower Queen Anne and Belltown, is home to several new mid and high-rise office and residential buildings. This particular project is slated across the street from new Amazon offices, at 427 Ninth Avenue North. 

Wiltshire Capital plans to include over 3,000 square feet of retail space within the residential complex.
