Home Demolished and Lot Subdivided in Madison Park

The existing home at 1834 McGilvra Blvd E in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle was recently demolished. The property was sold to 1834, LLC in April 2014 for $1,385,000. When sold, the property was 8,000 square feet. It has since been subdivided into two, 4,000 square foot lots, presumably for two new homes to be constructed in the near future.
